Are clip in hair extensions any good?

Pros and cons of using them?

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

Yes, ive got them and they are great. Buy them from Sally hair, they are great quality

Pros- change your style instanly

- easy to use

-dyable, so when you change your hair colour, just dye them too!

Cons- initial cost can be expensive

- You will sit and twiddle your hair all day and flip it about like a maniac.

- My hairdresser has got bald patches on the side of her head cos she wore hers too much, and the strain was too hard on her hair. This hasnt happened to me with part time wearing.

Make sure you always take them out at bedtime.

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

pro:inexpensive

con:looks fake, cheap, can fall out

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

Do not use them they look fake get them professionally done.

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

They great!!!!!! only if you know how to use it and use human hair ones x

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

no they look bad and everyone can tell

get it done professionally

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

i wear them sum times and they look good go to youtube and type in how to have fun with hair extensions they show you how to do it

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

u have to get the expensive ones or else they look really cheap/fake. make sure u get the right shade too, although u can alwasy die ur extensions. try getting a proffessional to gdo it for u cause it looks better

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

ya they may be expencive but my sis bought one and they really make her thin hair look fuller and w/ short hair it really looks good!!

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

yeah they're v good, buy them in a salon and get the hairdresser to put them in for u the first time so u can see how to do it. look after them tho, i wore mine while workin in a bar and they didn't last too long! washing them can be tricky, and difficult to de-tangle when wet.

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

woohooo i have extensions %26amp; so do most of my friends ;]

go for them

they don't fall out ever

you put them in and you can brush your hair and tug at it and put it up in a ponytail and its all the same; you dont see the thin clips because theyre underneath

there is no bulge

they wont come out unless you unclip them yourself

you need to take them out to shower or swim though

i recommend taking them out to sleep as well as not to mess them up or tangle them

just make sure to get 100 %human hair

and youre good to go

also, they make life easier because if you straighten/curl or style your hair any other way you dont have to do it everyday since you take your extensions out to shower and you never really need to wash them unless you shi.t on them or something.

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

Pros:

Can look great if done right.

If you want colours you don't have to dye your hair.

The Clip stays in.

Cons:

High maintenance. If you want to use more than once, you have to try and keep it straight.

Some don't like to be brushed.

Can't really style them.

Usually cost more than they're worth.

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

yeah! i have them in every so often. the good thing about them being clip-ins is that your hair becomes easily adaptable. i don't think they would look fake if you get human hair as they do'nt frey at the ends like the synthetic hair does. clips are also cheaper and better to maintain than if you got the hair glued or woven in. I rekon using clips is the best choice.

Are clip in hair extensions any good?

You can have clip ones put in professionally.

What are the hair extensions that celebraties have called?

Dunno but i have racoon and if you get them put in by a professional and have them maintained they WILL NOT make you bald honestly. I have had mine 18 months , no probs and my extension speciallist has had hers 6 years.

What are the hair extensions that celebraties have called?

hair extensions are a waist of money and make you bald to be honest.

i meen what would you rather do?

Go balth with it pulling on your hair and making it weak?

Or Wait till it grows or wear a nice styled wig?

How much can hair extensions cost at a salon?

This is such a broad question. I answer it at least 3 times a day... It all depends on the quality of hair, method used and what the tech charges. Look to pay anywhere from $400 for sewn in wefts to $1800 for Great Lengths. That is not including the hair. Cheap is not the way to go. If you are really serious, save some money up and have a consultation with a tech. They will advise on their particular method and system and advise you about hair. Best of luck.

How much can hair extensions cost at a salon?

1000's of dollars! Buy some hair cheap like on ebay. Then get some application materials, and a training dvd. I did this and my friend was able to put them in my hair. now we are going to do my neighbor's hair too. check this website out.

I want some hair extensions but where do i look?

Well it really depends on what type of weave and how much you want to spend. You can go on a website called www.blackstylist.com and it will lead you to some stylist in your area. I charge 200 and up for a weave but the hair is guaranteed to last at least two months.

If you want extensions look for someone who has them that you like their style or ask a stylist in your area. I am a hairstylist in Harrisburg PA and I do extensions. I do a consultation first, which covers the cost, and maintenance for them and then let my clients decide from there.

Blue human hair extensions.?

Can someone help me find blue human glue-in hair extensions?

It can't be dyed, because the blue tends to bleed.

So it has to be chemically altered.

Or can anyone tell me what dye I could use on my blonde hair?

I only want one streak.

And I want it to be permanent.

Nothing that will wash out easily.

Blue human hair extensions.?

They sell it on eBay. If you decide to get your hair dyed remember that for the blue to take they will completely bleach your hair, so you'll want to do that first before you get the extensions, baby your hair for a little bit then get the extensions and continue babying your hair. (DEEP CONDITION CONSTANTLY)

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

I am used to hair extentions or weaves on brown/black skinned women whose hair does not naturally grow much below their shoulders - but only recently someone told me that a lot of the white skinned women on TV also use extensions to lenghthen/thicken their natural hair.

Do many everyday people use these now? Or is it more a moviestar thing?

Just wondering!

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

Wow...the myths myths myths. Actually alot of non-african american women in Cali use hair extensions too. There is also no such thing as a black skinned woman - so please take that verbiage out of your vocabulary...it is offensive. It's better just to say, black women...anywho - the other myth is that black women's hair doesn't naturally grow below their shoulders. LOL Our hair grows long all of the time. The thing is we cut it in different styles to our liking. Just like any non-african american woman prefers short hair, we do too. It's much easier to take care of as well. The other part to it is that kinky hair on black people is unacceptable in most places so we use harsh chemicals to straighten our hair. I'm in corporate, so I know this to be true. You have to be EXCEPTIONAL to be accepted or a targeted hire when you don't fit the image of what represents american wealth. I just thought I'd let you know these things especially since I've noticed there aren't many black people on Yahoo! Answers. I hope you can accept these facts without getting all pissy.

Thanks!

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

A lot of women have started wearing extensions - celebrities started it, and regular people are picking up on it. I've worn them.

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

On us bald people there is feck all places to attach them.

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

Jessica Simpson is the most famous person who I can think of who wears hair extensions. They look great on her.

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

i see a lot of straight haired girls with extentions where i work and it looks BAD....... whether its rubbish hair dressers doing it or its not supposed to be done i do not know

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

alot of my girls where them, and trust me we aint rich but we look glamours lol... try it out and see what you think i bet you will be pleased... but just a heads up it dose take awhile and if you have a sensative slcap then i sudgest not doing it since at the end your head feels like it is on fire and is going to fall off... But you look great after... it's kinda like Heals

How common are hair extensions on naturally straight-haired people?

Well I'm not a movie star although I'd love to be and I wear them but they can damage your hair and pull it out of not done correctly or professionly. The best ones are the ones you can clip in and use for special occassions.

DO NOT get the nylon ones though as they look tacky and awful!

Salon Glue in Hair Extensions?

Ok.. I know they can damge your hair etc.. etc...

But I don't Care about that...

The salon I usualy go to Will soon be doing extensions and by a great hairdresser that used to work at one of the most expensivest salons in my town.

I basically just wanted to know This...

- How easy are they to cope with?

- Is it ok When you was and condition your hair?

- Do they fall out easily?

- How long to they last?

- How and how easy or they to take out?

My hair is relativly Long (about 16/18'') but will want it up to 20''-24''

Salon Glue in Hair Extensions?

I've never used glue with hair extensions so not entirely sure how useful my answers will be - here goes though:

1. Pretty easy to cope with, however, just like your normal hair you should take care of hair extensions. Otherwise they will end up looking ratty!

2. When washing, just wash the scalp and don't wash the actual hair. Let the liquid wash down the extensions - otherwise you'll get matting. Also use lukewarm water and not hot water.

3. You'll find a bit of malting here and there (i.e. strands of hair coming out when you brush etc) but you shouldn't find great chunks dropping out of your head!

4. Mine usually last about 6 weeks to 2 months (but could be different with glue)

5. You should get your hairdresser to take them out. Will be easy peasy.

Salon Glue in Hair Extensions?

I assume you are talking about strand-by-strand bonded extensions.

They will last you 3 to 6 months. You have to take very good care of them to get them to last. You have to pull them apart to make sure they don't matte, and you need to be very very careful when using heat near the bond. They will feel really strange at first and it will take you a while to get used to them. If you aren't careful, they can slip out...and you will always lose a few of them no matter how careful you are (a good salon will replace these for you at least once during their lifespan). It is easy for your stylist to remove them when you want to replace them or remove them all together.

It will cost you though. Human hair is expensive. They will run you $800 to $1500. Anyone who charges less probably either doesn't have experience or uses cheap hair.

Where to get hair extensions in D.C.?

Where is a decent place to get hair extensions and how much would it cost? I have hair past my shoulders and want some length but could really use some more fullness. I just spent good money on japanese hair straigthening that didn't really work so I'd like to get some feedback on other salons and how to get a good deal.

I know it costs big bucks but don't want to overpay like I did for the straightening that didn't work.

Thanks!!

Where to get hair extensions in D.C.?

Raquel Welch boutiques are national, so there should be one in your area. Also, try exclusive salons for hair extensions, and some of them are permanent. Like Gene Juarez for example, has really great extentions.

Where to get hair extensions in D.C.?

sally beauty supply stores - theyre usually reasonably priced and they have several to choose from in the same color (all different prices - yaki-sp? is better)

good luck - you may have to hit pg or montgomery cty if you cant find a sally in dc ;)

Short hair clip in extensions?

i have a short hair cut that looks something like this:

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r223/...

so i was wondering if i were to put in clip on hair extensions would the clips show and be really obvious?

im only goin 2 wear them once for a special occasion

Short hair clip in extensions?

I don't honestly think they'll be too obvious. It depends probably on the brand you get. I have seen many people with extensions, including a girl I've known for years, and many times, if I didn't know that they were extensions, I would never have guessed. Good luck!

Short hair clip in extensions?

Put them in between your real hair and make sure they are well secured. Check out a local salon and see what they would charge to put them in professionally to avoid any embrassment.

Best length of hair extensions for really short hair?

my hair is really short (like 4 inches) and layered a lot. I'm going to get hair extensions, but im not sure what the longest length i can get is without them looking obviously fake. anyone have ideas?

Best length of hair extensions for really short hair?

hair extensions ruin your hair but if you really want tehm

you should get it to your boobs.

they will not look fake, it will look pretty

just dont get them as long as miley cyrus'

as pretty as miley is , her hair extions looked a little fake

Best length of hair extensions for really short hair?

Don't bother there horrible, just grow your hair. Natural always best

Anyone heard of hair extensions for a boy?

I have a woman I work with who has a 9 or 10 year old son who's rather pretty hair has always been on the long side for a boy. She recently had hair extensions put in his hair that now brings it down to mid-back length. To call this gender bending doesn't cover it. He couldn't pass for a boy with 3 pc suit on.

Anyone heard of hair extensions for a boy?

Woahsss

Anyone heard of hair extensions for a boy?

Sounds like she is trying to turn him gay.

Anyone heard of hair extensions for a boy?

Only if the "boy" is a rock star.

Mom should be saving up for his future psychotherapy, not wasting money on more hair extensions.

Anyone heard of hair extensions for a boy?

Wow, crazy. Maybe she wanted a daughter, not a son.

I have honestly never heard of guys getting hair extensions except for special FX but other than that, no way... Someone who gets extensions done on a 10 year old boy to make his hair longer for no apparent reason is a little off. Hey maybe you just think its a boy? lol..

Anyone heard of hair extensions for a boy?

They need family counseling, ASAP!

Has anyone used hair extensions?

is there a brand that you prefer? are they expensive? what is the difference between human hair and synthetic? is buying extensions at Sally's the same thing? are clip in or sewn in better? are they easy to wash and style?? sorry there are so many questions!!

Has anyone used hair extensions?

hey girlie.

okay your talking to the extension queen....lol

Thre brand i prefer is ultra silky...they come in lengths of 12', 14', and 16' inches...

you just pick the length your looking for to suit you.

the difference between human hair and synthetic is that with human you can straighten it, or culr it on style it with heat poducts and it cost a little bit more, but its worth it because if you wash them they tend to dry soemhwat wavy...and i just find it awkward so i prefer to have human hair so that i can straighten it and it wont melt.

a big decision factor in this is if you have curly or straight hair and how you style it...becuzz if you allways use heat products(hair dryers, straighteners curlers etc.) to do your hair then you must buy human hair becuzz with synthetic you wont be able to style your hair...unles you have clip ins then you atke them out.

i dont prefer sallys becuzz theyr more expensive and there not as good quality....find a little black person hair weave store or a wig store..they usually allways have extensions for buying and there suually cheaper..

clip ins are fun becuzz you dont have to sleep with them in (which can be very bulky and annoying feeling) and you can takle them out whenever and use them forever....

ive never done sewn in but i know it takes a very long amt of time...like hours...and that it doenst last as long and that it is very painful.

i prefer using the hair glue...

dont freak out i know it sounds scary but its really not....

its like a rubbery substance...which you can buy at sallys (you can ask them questions about it to) and it bonds to your hair..its very neat and fast drying and its water resistant....like mine stayed in for 2 months and i washed my ahir every other day....to get them out you just use bond remover and it dissolves the glue and the extensions fall out painlessly and you can reuse them and your hair is fine.

ask the peopel at sallys they should be able to give you info.

they arent hard to wash and style if you do the glue with real hair but they do take extra time...and when you wash them you cant bring them up on to your head liek your naturally do but you have to just run the shapoo on your fingers thru your extensions....they get tangled easy..

you should sleep with a wrap on your head if you do the sewn in or the glued in becuz it will help it to last longer and not pull it out when your sleeping....

extensions are very fun! and an easy way to ghave long hair fast! but they do take extra work.

hope i helped!

good luck gurlie!

Has anyone used hair extensions?

i have, they work reallly good!!!

Has anyone used hair extensions?

i had glue in ones that were individual strands - you need to find someone to do them that knows what theyre doing or else they slip out. but i was in the sun to long with my hair in a high bun and the glue melted into my hair lol... i think just buying random extensions is trashy looking. get them proffesionally done if youre serious about em... they tend to be expensive though plus you pay for the labor. my sister in law did sew ins and loved em.. they lasted forever and just had to get them tightened when her hair grew

extensions are complicated to talk about in short sentence... research, ask around and ask beauticians!

Has anyone used hair extensions?

hair extentions are nice but to much maintance.when u take them out ur hair goes try yellow dandruff and tangles. so its better to get the clip on ones go to ur nearest salon and ask them about the clip ons and they will till u which ones sutible for u. its better to pay more for the clip on hair extentions because u will always have them hair extentions cost heaps and dont last that long

Has anyone used hair extensions?

hiii,

ok i dont actually own a pair but i know a few friend that do

FIRST,

havent't really got a preffered brand, sorry about that :]

SECOND,

No, there not a good set is anywhere frm like 鎷?0-鎷?0

THIRD,

Human hair is harder to look after but looks a lot better

FOURTH,

Yeah sallys is good and worth it

FIFTH,

Clip ins, easyer to apply and remove!!

SIXTH,

Washing is easy, but you have to comb through carefully and slowly with shampoo and conditionair

Finally be carefull with them seriously they can get really thin!!

hope i helped you x

Has anyone used hair extensions?

I love my hair extensions. Price depends on what brand you get, just make sure that the texture and color of the extensions match your hair really well. I would suggest clip in extensions they only take a few minutes to put in each day. Go with human hair, you can do anything to it that you do with your own hair. I wash mine about once a week or every 2 weeks and then just let them air dry, and ya they are super easy to style, just like your own hair. When I got mine I got the extensions without wefts (the clip in piece) and sewed them to the wefts myself it was really easy. After I had all the pieces put in I went to a salon to have my hair cut into a style, and they look so natural, most people don't even know that I have them! Good luck!

Anyone knows about hair extensions? & hair regrowth?

I had a very bad experience with these and was wondering if anyone had been through something similar in regard to hairloss due to extensions. Mine seems as though it is slowly recovering but I am 20 years old and wonder how long it will truly take to get back to the way that it was. The outer layer of my hair was basically unnaffected (aside from the ends) while the inner layers are now short and rather sparse. I do not have any bald spots. I was wondering if someone went through something similar and how long it tooked for them to notice that their hair was recovering. Did you eventually get your texture back? What did you do in the meantime?

Anyone knows about hair extensions? %26amp; hair regrowth?

If your hair is falling out after extensions its probably due to the way they were put in, if they were sewn in the tracks were too tight and if glued it may be an allergic reaction. Whatever the case a gentle shampoo (something for colored hair is the best.) and a weekly cholesterol treatment will work miracles, if you can't find cholesterol mayo is the home remedy. After shampooing your hair apply the cholesterol(or mayo) and put a plastic shower cap over it, let it set for thirty to forty-five minutes then rinse (*if you use mayo you will want to lightly shampoo after as well as before.) Your hair will improve within weeks and you should see length differences within a month. Vitamins do help, but try not to wash your hair every day (this strips your hair of the natural vitamins it is already supplied.) ***Pantene of any kind is not a good idea, it has high alcohol agents which dry out your hair and cause it to break, also stay away from citrus products which do the same thing. Really hope this helps!

Anyone knows about hair extensions? %26amp; hair regrowth?

this happened to me too...it will grow back at the normal hair growth rate...my hair was actually thicker when it grew back in...i did decide to cut it short though because of the unevenness of it...

Anyone knows about hair extensions? %26amp; hair regrowth?

Hair extensions are terrible if you get cheap european/indian hair. I had them for prom and that was IT! They itch ... are terrible to wash ... and come loose if you brush too hair (mine were sew in). I hair problems for the past four years b/c I dyed it too much. Dying my hair left me with anything but beautiful results. My hair started breaking off, drying up, and getting gum like if I would dye it again. My suggestion to you is to get regular trims every eight weeks. I've been doing it for over six months and I have beautiful healthy hair again. I have almost all of my natural color back too.

You also should do a deep conditioning treatment everyday. Pantene Restoratives will help you out with that. The one I use is designed to repair two years of damage in one month. It really works.

Hope this helps.

Anyone knows about hair extensions? %26amp; hair regrowth?

damaged hair grows slower than healthy hair. hair grows on average of 1 cm a month and faster in the summer or warmer months of the year. you may want to start taking prenatal vitamins to speed your hair growth and make it stronger and fuller.

i never had hair extensions but i burned a part of my hair right off my scalp. yeah........it took 3 months or so to start looking better. but your hair will grow back. dont stress, massage your scalp and wash it with organic shampoo and take your vitamins. you might end up with better hair than before...:)

How are hair extensions done?

A lot of my friends got hair extensions n it really looks as if its their real hair. as a result, i have always wondered how this is accomplished, and how do the hairstylists do it??

How are hair extensions done?

EASY: You can either get them glued in or sewn in

How are hair extensions done?

if you would like to do this yourself with glue, it is relitivly easy ( for those who are somewhat hair savy). first you should get hair that is on a track or a welft for weaving. lose or bulk hair is for braiding or fusion extention. with glue one pack is usually good for normal hair, 2 packs for thick.

1.)start at the botttom sectioning out about a 2inch wide section at the nape of ur neck ( pin the rest of u hair up)

2.) meaure out a peice of hair the same wheith of the nape of ur neck.

3. cut the track to that leinth and apply a thin squeze of glue ( you should be able to find hair glue at the same place you buy the hair) along the top band of the track.

4. place the track in the part of the section that is left down. press and hold till it sicks.

5. take down a nother section of hair and repeat steps 2 though 4.

6.) continue until u reach the top of your haead probally about mid crown ( or lower if your hair is thin) and leave the top section of your hair to fall over the last track.

Congratulations your done! be careful when combing or brushing as the tracks can sip out, hold the top of you hair when brushing down to the end. it you wash your hair ( i wouldent reckamend it) do not use conditioner because it breaks down the glue. Some find that washing only the top section that covers the tracks can refresh your look with you having to worry about losing ur extentions. this should last 2 weeks to a month depending on how oily your hair gets in that time. to remove, use conditioner or any other oil based product to break down the glue and then comb out any of the remaing glue in your hair.

How are hair extensions done?

you can also get a sown in

How are hair extensions done?

dont get them they ruin ur hair go for the clip in ones ur hair dresser will show u how to put them in, dont know where u from but i teach hair dressing and i wouldnt recommend them the clip in 1s r so much kinder to ur hair u wont go bald wit them

How are hair extensions done?

Glued or sewn in but it can be realy pricey. But if you want them to look real then you have to buy expensive hair pieces but worth it if its the look you want. Just ask your girlfriends how its done and if you are thinking of getting them since theirs looked so good go to thier stylist.

Advice on hair extensions.?

i want to get hair extensions the ones that are real human hair. except i dont know how much they cost, how to put them in, or where i should get them. i believe going to a salon would be incredibly expensive. Help me out.

Advice on hair extensions.?

Well you can go to a beauty store %26amp; buy the hair by the bundle. It's not too expensive depending on the company. Usually hair by Beverly Johnson costs anywhere from $40+, but it's really good quality hair. Other companies can be cheaper, some might cost $19.99 a pack %26amp; it also depends on how long you want it to be. When buying hair, you really should open the pack %26amp; feel the hair to see if it's quality or not b/c you could get cheated out of your money. Also, make sure that the pack says human hair on it. You can go to Sally's beauty supply to get this hair %26amp; they have human hair b/c I get mine from there sometimes. Going to a salon is expensive, but there are some girls around who don't work in a salon, but do it really good %26amp; they will charge you 100 bucks to do it... or more depending on how you want it. It also may be cheaper depending on who does it %26amp; again, what you want done. If you can't find anyone to do it, you just may have to go to a salon to get it done if you want it so badly. But i suggest if you are just getting a normal weave in that you get it sewn in %26amp; NOT bonded. Bonding will slip out of your hair very easily %26amp; the glue is no good for your hair.

Advice on hair extensions.?

sorry girl! u have to get them done..i think....well at Sally's Beauty Supply MAYBE should have some but they are probably fake! but the price range for a salon can range from $500-2000....so i know how you feel! iv been wanting extensions for a couple months now!

Advice on hair extensions.?

Jessica Simpson has come up with a good brand called "Hair", and it's made with real hair. You can buy them at reglular salons like Regis and Sally's Beauty Shop for as much as $100, but no more than that. You can buy them, and then book an appointment with a hairdresser and ask him/her to put it on for you.

Advice on hair extensions.?

well it all just depends on how u wanna get them in...theres sewed in, glued in, fusion...glued in are the cheapest and fusion is the most expensive but they also last the longest....call a few places and ask for a consultation and it should be free..you can ask that time for the pricing and everything and pictures of their work from before....good luck darling...

Advice on hair extensions.?

IM SO EXITED IM GETTING MY HAIR EXTENSIONS PUT BACK IN ON FRIDAY BUt???

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE HAIR EXTENSIONS. GETTING THEM WEAVED IN IS THE BEST IT JUST COST SO MUCH. HAVE YOU SEEN THE NEW METHOD OUT NOW W/THE LITTLE HOOPS (I-HOOKS).. ITS A GREAT WAY TOO! WHEN I HAVE EXTENSIONS I GO ALLLLLL OUT BABY! AND ITS SO EASY TO FIX! AS FAR AS WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE ON YOU... YOU'LL HAVE TO BE THE JUDGE OF THAT UNLESS YOU PUT UP A PIC.. JUST DONT LET THEM LOOK TACKY.. AND GET LOTS OF THEM TOO. YOU DONT WANT THEM TO LOOK STRINGY.

IM SO EXITED IM GETTING MY HAIR EXTENSIONS PUT BACK IN ON FRIDAY BUt???

i wear hair extensions sometimes..and they're a hassle.

they're not real hair, so you have to be VERY careful with them. you can't wash it too much because it will nap or thicken and be hard to brush. sometimes it sheds. but overall they're pretty!

IM SO EXITED IM GETTING MY HAIR EXTENSIONS PUT BACK IN ON FRIDAY BUt???

Hair extensions are cool you just have to learn how to take care of them.

IM SO EXITED IM GETTING MY HAIR EXTENSIONS PUT BACK IN ON FRIDAY BUt???

if you don't like it you can always throw your hair up in a pony tail

IM SO EXITED IM GETTING MY HAIR EXTENSIONS PUT BACK IN ON FRIDAY BUt???

sounds good to me! just make sure they're the same colour as your hair! ;-) LOL!

What color pink hair extensions should I get?

I for sure am getting pink hair extensions (just underneath my hair-peek a boos- a few streaks ) was wondering, whats better? A hot pink? a light pink? Any pictures, color names or suggestions? My hair is black by the way. And I'm not aiming to look like a punk rocker. Just something nice looking and hot!

What color pink hair extensions should I get?

I think you should get this kinda shade of pink! The first one! THAT WOULD LOOK REALLY HOTT!! or the second one to kind of tone it down a little (even though it says red... i think it's pink :)! ) http://www.rapunzelrapunzel.co.uk/stickt...

How do I put in hair clip extensions? RO?

I have human hair extensions w/clips. I have two different kinds. Ones w/snap clips in an up position, one in a down position. Are there any internet pics on how to do it and not get them to show through hair?

I ask b/c hair runs vertical and hair clips on the extensions run horizontal and that just doesn't make sense, what do you clip onto then?

Sally's Hair Extensions??

If anyone knows of the store Sally's, could you pleaseee tell me how many packs of hair extensions [clip in] I should get for slightly thicker hair? Would one pack be enough?

Sally's Hair Extensions??

Ive seen their bags of fake hair and it looks just that.......... really fake

like some type of nylon fabric

Sally's Hair Extensions??

One is plenty if you are just looking for volume (you're talking about the EuroNext clip in, right?). Make sure the length is right for you, they are a little short on the extensions side.

Sally's Hair Extensions??

one pack is plenty...

Sally's Hair Extensions??

well they don't come with the clips on the hair. you have to put them on yourself. there hair packets come in one long hair line and you have to cut it and glue or sew the clips on yourself.

Sally's Hair Extensions??

one pack is perfect! and they are awesome..they do not look fake AT ALL!

nobpdy ever knows..worth every penny :)

Glued in hair extensions?

I had a very bad experience with these and was wondering if anyone had been through something similar in regard to hairloss due to extensions. Mine seems as though it is slowly recovering but I am 20 years old and wonder how long it will truly take to get back to the way that it was. The outer layer of my hair was basically unnaffected (aside from the ends) while the inner layers are now short and rather sparse. I do not have any bald spots. I was wondering if someone went through something similar and how long it tooked for them to notice that their hair was recovering.

Glued in hair extensions?

MY GOD!!!! TKS TO SAY YOUR EXPERIENCE!!!!

Glued in hair extensions?

hariloss due to extensions is common, especially if u dont remove them properly and use them for extended periods of time. there is glue remover made especially for hair glue, and shampoo for that as well hopefully someone did not cut your hair to help remove the extensions and it does take awhile for your hair to grow back, but if you continue with using the extensions and dont allow time for your hair to grow back you can eventually cause the hair loss to be permanent

Glued in hair extensions?

your hair grows an inch every 6wks.. if i were you i would just buy volumizing products. plus sometimes some people feel like they lost alot of hair because since they were wearing extension they loose alot of the thickness that they got from them

Glued in hair extensions?

I had extensions (glued) in for a year. I had them maintained regularly, but when I took them out, a lot of my own hair came out with them. It was very thin, and a couple of months later, my hair started falling out like mad. That went on for like 3 months and stopped. Now It Is finally growing back, I'll never do that again!!!!!

Glued in hair extensions?

I had glued in hair extensions for about 3 months. I couldn't wait to get them out. They itched so bad!! My hair is so thick that I didn't notice any missing. It took about 6 months though to fix the damage of all the solutions.

Glued in hair extensions?

braids, weaves, extensions, hair glue, perms........black people's hair was never meant to be tortured with these things.............lock up your hair and wear it naturally. it will be longer and heathier and you won't have to go broke buying all those hair products :-)

Scabbing after hair extensions sewn in! Is this normal?

Hey,

I just got extensions sewn into tiny cornrows that are very tight six days ago. I noticed that I had tiny little scabs near my ear/side of my head where the hair is being pulled the tightest. There is also redness at the roots too. This makes me nervous.

Is scabbing normal in the the beginning because of how tight it is? And the redness, a little bit of itchiness, and some small bumps? I've never had sewn in extensions or braids so tight.

What do you think? Anyone know if it's normal?

Got it done at a salon by the way.

Scabbing after hair extensions sewn in! Is this normal?

maybe u scratched ur head n u cut urself

Scabbing after hair extensions sewn in! Is this normal?

Yea a lot of my friends get tight cornrows and they have these little bumps and scabs. It means the braids are too tight. Use a type of braid spray or any other type of hair moistureizer like grease to help relieve your scalp. The braids are pulling your hair. And if you keep getting tight braids (especially around the edges), your hair could be pulled out or stop growing

Scabbing after hair extensions sewn in! Is this normal?

your hair was done way too tight. you should probably get it removed before you lose those hair follicles and hair growing there forever!

Scabbing after hair extensions sewn in! Is this normal?

i know it;s normal to get scabs after a relxer but not braiding it was done way to tight

Britany Spears hair extensions / Paris Hilton does she have them?

I saw a picture of Britany the other day and she had her hair in a pony tail and OMG, what in the heck is she thinking? Her hair and those friggin extensions looked like total crap! I have seen Paris in pictures and she had a cute bob. Does she have them as well and if so, why do hers look so much better?

I know Britany has let her looks go down hill a lot since getting pregnant w/SP, but she has to see what she looks like in those pictures.

Britany Spears hair extensions / Paris Hilton does she have them?

Yes, Britney and Paris both have hair extensions. Paris has more resources probably to pay top dollar for her's though, and keep her hair in better condition. Britney is kind of trashy and seems she's more interested in partying than upkeep. It's sad but I think her looks hit their peak back in the 90's!! She's a walking train wreck!

Having trouble with my hair extensions?

I have clip in blonde hair extensions,

I'm finding it difficult keeping them in my hair throughout the day; I want to wear them to school but I can't because they come lose no matter where I clip them in

I clip them to alot of hair and work them into the hair so they arent free and they are really close to the root

:(

help!

Having trouble with my hair extensions?

You don't just clip them into your hair and expect them to stay do you?

Well heres a few tips-

#1- Backcomb the roots of your hair, at least 1 cm of the roots backcombed well.

*Add hairspray to make the backcombed hair hold throughout the day

#2- Clip in the hair extentions to the backcombed roots part.

By backcombing the roots of the hair, it would have something for the clips to clip and hold onto throughout the day, so it would not slip down your straight hair as easily...

hope I've helped you:)

Having trouble with my hair extensions?

what saracasm? Report It

Having trouble with my hair extensions?

try teasing the root so that it gets kind of tangled in.. or you can glue them in

Having trouble with my hair extensions?

i use clip in extensions all the time, love them x

heres some things to try that should help :

if you straighten your hair, dont go right to the root. Straightening it makes it smoother and the extenisons will slip out of silky smooth hair

( this one seems to work the best) backcomb slightly at the roots. The hair will become slighty matted which will really help the extensions to stay in

for extra staying power, hairspray the roots after backcombing then put in extensions x

one last thing,

if you are planning to wear hte extensions monday then wash your hair sunday night as extensions will slip out of squeaky clean hair

hope that helps and good luck x x

Are clip on hair extensions good?

I have had a absolutely rotten hair cut. I have found some dark brown human hair clip on hair extensions (full head).

will they be good? never used them before..

HELP

Are clip on hair extensions good?

They are really great as long as you get real human hair. That way, you can just style or cut them just like your own hair. They are pretty heavy, but you get used to it. You may also need a little help putting them in so that they look natural. I think that they are amazing and the best buy ever! They match my hair perfectly! LOVE THEM!!!!

Are clip on hair extensions good?

i never used hair extensions before...but i would perfer clip on.

Are clip on hair extensions good?

I dont think u should do anything done by urself. I mean, u might mess up and ur hair is ruined. U should go to a salon. They could do it for you. Stay on the safe side.

Are clip on hair extensions good?

Yes they are great!!! I have a friend that wear them, and you got the human hair which is even better, cause you can style it any way you want....I think clip on hair extensions are good...

Are clip on hair extensions good?

yessss get them loadz of girls in my yr @ skl have them nd they look ssoooo nice but they are quite expensive

i want some

xx

Are clip on hair extensions good?

I just bought some, they are a massive craze atm around my area, there not as good as they seem.

The clips can pull of your natural hair and hurt and the fake hair can be quite heavy at times, also its quite hard finding the correct colour.

So if your looking for a long term thing i would go to your local salon and ask around for weaved in hair extensions or glued in but they can be pricey. Or if its just sorta a for fun thing and you want it to be on the cheap i would opt for clip ins :)

Hoped that helped x

Are clip on hair extensions good?

My Friend Uses Them And There Very Good. Just Don't Cut Them Your Self, There Gonna Turn Out Bad. (My Friend Did That So She Had To Buy Some New Ones). Take Them To A Salon So They Could Cut It. I Bet It Would Look Good. Hopefully I Helped.

Are clip on hair extensions good?

yea im wearing clip in's right now i love em

Are clip on hair extensions good?

Clip ons are great for a subtle change and can be easily removed where as the sewn in must grown out so far and the glued in ones require a glue remover to get them out and if you are like me, you can be allergic to the horse glue (thats right !) used to make it and it will make your scalp sore and itchy. Try the clip ins and see what you think.

Are clip on hair extensions good?

i have a full head set and i love themmm!!

its just annoying to put them in every morning because im one of those girls that rolls out of bed 30 minutes before i have to leave the house and when i wanted to wear my extensions it took about 15 minutes to put them in and i just didnt have the time. but they're great and they stay in all day and the dont hurt your head or anything!

I have really thick/a lot of hair, my hair extensions look bad?

i fixed it so it doesn't look as bad as this picture:

http://i12.tinypic.com/540q7hv.jpg

but my hair is soo thick and i have so much of it, (i have to straighten it every day or it's a big poof) and i don't know what to do when it comes to extensions.

my real hair always looks SO noticeable. even if i put more extensions in, it doesn't help blend or anything. it's just more itchy tracks in my hair. and i know you'll prolly say "well don't get extensions then" but i'm not asking that ... :|

oh and i have another question, i dyed my hair DARK BROWN 2 days ago and it's still freakin red. i left the dye in for more than i needed to. ughhhh

i hate my hair. haha

thanks for your help :)

I have really thick/a lot of hair, my hair extensions look bad?

well i have the same problem and i am going to ask my mom if i can get a hair cut. i am getting layers and well what i usually do is like put my hair in a pony tail and it doesnt reele show the poof. but this year for school i am straightening my hair or curling it so i dont have a poof. But I would like go to a hair stylist and ask them. I hope i helped. Bye!

I have really thick/a lot of hair, my hair extensions look bad?

i hate my hair sometimes, but other times i love it :) lol neway mayb u shud try a slightly darker hair dye??

also whats wrong with red hair? lol i used to dye my hair red loads! now im more of a purple kinda gal

wel i knw im not much help but hope it slightly helped!

I have really thick/a lot of hair, my hair extensions look bad?

ur not hannah montana

I have really thick/a lot of hair, my hair extensions look bad?

You need a professional to fix your hair and to add any extensions. why are you adding extensions you have nice hair and a nice length

How much will it cost for hair extensions up to the middle of my chest if my hair is up to my should

i've been through a lot of trouble with my hair because it broke out, so i had to cut it. now it's really short, up to my shoulders. i wonder how much it'll cost if i want the hair extensions up to the middle of my chest? i also want human hair and the healthy way to put on the hair extensions. help please! =\

How much will it cost for hair extensions up to the middle of my chest if my hair is up to my shoulders now?

If you want really good hair to be added in expect to pay $400 or more. I wouldn't recommend sewn in extesion unless u have ethnic hair. Ethnic hair is alot stronger and can handle the weight of sewn in extensions. Pre bonded extensions are great if hey are done right. Call around and find a professional that has a license to use the best hair. FYI cinderella hair sucks.

How much will it cost for hair extensions up to the middle of my chest if my hair is up to my shoulders now?

Hair extensions are fun, but can be expensive and damaging. If you're wanting to use Human Hair, alot of places charge hundreds of dollars for it. I've had friends that have spent up to 1200 dollars to get their hair done! I've also heard of it being as cheap as 300. It can also be damaging, so you'll want to make sure you're dealing with a competant stylist (which is pricey). First off, they could braid it into your hair but that it's painful and takes a long time, or they could glue it in. It's not as easy as it sounds. If the stylist isnt careful, the glue can be damaging in the long run. I know a girl who is bald in certan areas of her head, from the glue ripping out her hair.

They can fuse it on, but that again takes a long time, but it's not painful, and not damaging (so ive been told).

My best reccomendation would be to go to a beauty supply (Try sally beauty supply) and buy the extensions yourself. they shouldnt cost you any more than 100 dollars, and then you might be able to find someone to put them in. I highly suggest clipping them in, because its not damaging (at all) and on days where you just don't want to deal with long hair, you don't have to put them in! If you go for the clip in look, take them in to a professional to have them blended (or layered) to look like your hair so that there isnt a dramatic difference between your hair and the extensions.

i wrote a novel, and i hope its helpful lol.

oh by the way, i feel your pain. i cut alot of hair off just a few months ago, but if you eat right and condition your hair well, and dont do anything too damaging it will start growing before you know it.

Please help with hair extensions?

okay well today im going to get hair extensions from sallys, i was just wondering how much they are and would they sew them in there for me? and how much that would cost

Please help with hair extensions?

I think one set it about 鎷?5,

%26amp; i think you do have to sew them on yourself.

Please help with hair extensions?

No, they wont sew them in. You can buy the hair and glue,

and have someone glue them in.Or you can buy the hair and

hope a salon will sew it. Or, you can buy the extensions that

you clp in your hair. That in my experience is the best way.

The clip ins cost $70 a pack, but most people need 2 packs.

Just go in and ask all your Q's to the sales lady she will know what you need.

Good luck!

Can human hair extensions become damaged?

can human hair extensions become damaged from hair straighteners or curling irons?

Can human hair extensions become damaged?

Yep they get damaged, even more so cuz they're not getting the oils from your scalp like your own hair.

The only way to repair the damage is to have them trimmed and deep conditioned.

take good care of them to prevent further damage. Use a heat protectant, like Redken Smooth Down Heat Glide when you iron them and do weekly conditioning treatments either at home or in salon.

Can human hair extensions become damaged?

Yes, it's just like the hair attached to your head. It gets damaged just the same so take care of it.

Can human hair extensions become damaged?

Oh yes. They're not attached to the head anymore either, which makes them even more suceptable. Your scalp will not naturally coat hair extensions, so they're already dry, and they're not getting any nutrients from the scalp. Then if you use a flat iron on top of it, you're just roughing up the cuticle. Human hair extensions can last you a couple months if you take care of them, but if you wash them too much or use too much heat on them, they'll only last you a couple of weeks.

Long clip in hair extensions?

I'm going for a new scene/emo look with my hair. does anyone know where can i find

do-it-yourself relatively cheap LONG clip in hair extensions for my hair?

Long clip in hair extensions?

You'll want to try the Famous Times Six Website: http://www.ft6.int.tc

They sell authentic hair extensions with stripes made from real human hair. I buy all my hair from there!

They have a lot of colours to choose from too.

clip in coon tail striped hair extensions are best because-

- you don't ruin your hair with dye

- they don't grow out

- you can put them in and take them off

- they can last you forever

- they're cheap

- they look like the real thing

- they wont go all frizzy and weird like real hair does when it's dyed, it'll just look like part of your hair.

- You can change your look really easily

-won't go against any school or work dress codes as you can take them out!

It's better than buying the sew in kind for about $119.00 and then paying about $160.00 to have them put in.

If you buy fake hair extensions its cheaper.

Long clip in hair extensions?

Yes, i am not sure where u are from, but there is a place called Sally;s beauty supply. they sell clip in hair extentions. I think for around 50 bucks. You get a lot of hair with it too. All u do is clip them in layer by layer. They are already put together all you have to do is put them in. If you have a freind do it, it is alot easier.

Info on hair extensions ( UK)?

Hi, I really want to get some fake ( not human hair) extensions. Can I buy them off the internet and take them to a hair dresser to have them dyed and cut or am I better of going to a salon and getting them orderd in from the actual hairdressers?

Info on hair extensions ( UK)?

I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 5 years and my expertise is in hair extensions. There is no way you can recolor fake hair. Fake hair is synthetic fibers so if you try anything of that sort it will either tangle or melt. You will have to go human hair on this one. If you don't know a good brand, go to a stylist to help you out.

Info on hair extensions ( UK)?

Before you decide on your hair extensions you should try some clip in to see the desired effect! Choose from synthetic hair extension styles in straight and wavy or the 100% fine human hair extension system. Affordable, lightweight and easy to attach without damaging your hair.

The one good thing about the human hair extensions, is you can treat it like your own as with the synthetic type you cant put heat near it as it will melt!

There are loads of salons and mobile hairdressers, that specialise in extensions these days,so shop around before you have them weaved into your own hair!! It is expensive, and they do need allot of care !! good luck,....there are loads of shops which sell the weave ,clips then have to be added on to this.. you can chose 2/3 colours to blend into your own hair colour. most salons want you to use their hair! which is understandable..

Info on hair extensions ( UK)?

I am a hairdresser and we used to get people coming in with hair extensions for them to be put in. The best hing to do is to get the colour that you want, go to a store first to make sure that you will order the correct colour. Hair extensions can be darkened with care but no lightened. The lightening process can melt fake extensions.

The best thing to do is check with your local salons to make sure that they are willing to put them in for you. We used to do them if they where the strip extensions and the glue was provided also. So it depends on what type you order.

Info on hair extensions ( UK)?

I would go to a Salon Services. If you have one near you. This is a supplier for hair salons and if you where to get 3 sets of hair extensions depending on how thick your hair is. Get 2 sets the same and one colour different to make it multy toned its more natural looking. This will Cost around about 鎷?0.

How much do hair extensions cost???

Hair extensions are pretty expensive. My mom pays up to $700 for a full set. If you have that kind of money I would go for it but realize it is a pain to brush and will start falling out in about 6 months. Your hair will probably take 6 months or more to grow out long enough to get the effect you want. Right now my hair is short like yours and if you are trying to go for that punk look try coloring to get that effect. The black with a blond piece in the front is what i have now and it's really choppy so I can wear it nice or mess it up and it looks more rockstar.

How much do hair extensions cost???

i love the second one, i dont like the 1st one at all but let it grow out a little, but i love it, oh yeah dont get hair extentions!

Need advice with hair extensions! Please help!?

And they were awesome until i washed them... now i'll put them in and after 5 minutes of me not even doing anything they knot up like you wouldnt believe! how can i fix this? any suggestions? maybe there's some kind of hair product i can use in them... please any advice you have to offer would be great =)

Need advice with hair extensions! Please help!?

Don't forget with extensions to brush/comb from the bottom up. (top to root) Otherwise you will cause more tangles!

I also use a leave in conditioner and use a treatment every week!

Need advice with hair extensions! Please help!?

You should probably use a lot of conditioner and leave it for like 20 minutes or something before you wash them out - also i've heard that you could use some kind of olive oil too.

:)

Need advice with hair extensions! Please help!?

maybe a conditioner will soften the nots to the point u can comb it out, but i would ask a stylist before u do it, thats what i did with my extensions, just double check ok, goodluck

Need advice with hair extensions! Please help!?

After you wash it brush it and dry it with the hair dryer. And they have this stuff called Johnson's Kids No More Tangles it really helps and it is in a spray bottle.

Need advice with hair extensions! Please help!?

It could be a bad batch of hair which sometimes can happen or even worse it may not be 100% human hair.

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

i have short (like alittle past my ears) hair and i want to put long and medium length hair extensions in.. will it look right?

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

You can add extensions to any length hair and depending on who does it they will look great!

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes u can add them it will geive u a new look

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes.

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

what do you think hair extentions are for?

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes but they kinda hurt

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes you can

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

Yes, if you have it done professionally... BTW I love how your name is spelled!

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

Of course you can

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes, a girl at my school had a very short pixie-style haircut and put in very long extensions that reached to the middle of her back. She had it dyed to match her natural hair color and it looked fine, although at the side of her head, you could see where her real short hair was.

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yes you can. the onnly difference would be the way/method you put them in.

for very short hair they would probably sew it in because they can't put it in rows nor can they put individuals

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

yeah, thats what there for.

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

you should use fusion hair extensions they look best in short hair you will not be able to tell they are extensions

Can you put hair extensions in short hair?

Yes, I have short hair like you. Don't go too crazy with the extensions or it will look a mess. Human hair is better, but more expensive. And synthetic hair is cheap, but not so good.

You probably need European hair if your white:

This hair mostly comes from southern Italy and Spain and usually is grown very dark. Some of it is naturally straight, some naturally wavy. European Hair is what most people use for Extensions. It is durable and looks good and it will last up to a year if cared for properly.

All of the Human Hair above starts off very dark then has it's color stripped back to nothing and then it is re-tinted (usually using fabric dyes not hair color) to all the shades available. This means that if you want platinum blonde hair it has gone through a massive chemical process to get to that color. One of the main disadvantages of all these types of hair is the inability to change your color. Because of the chemical processes the hair has already gone through before you even see it, putting hair color on top of it will cause the hair to break down and fall apart. So, if you use any of these qualities of hair make sure you are certain you have chosen the right color or color blend.

If you have highlighted (streaked)hair make sure you have your track maker recreate your highlights(using different colors) in the track so that they match your own hair.

i just got hir extensions today, they're real hair and the glue its not completely dry , and they're all sticking to each other! is that normal?? also, can i straighten my hair as i would usually do?

Help with hair extensions plz!?

That means that the glue is not dry. Use a hand dryer are sit under a hair dryer. If the hair is 100 % human hair you can do whatever you would do to you hair to it.

Help with hair extensions plz!?

first, try to get them separated so that they will stop sticking. if you're using weave bonding glue, separate them and dry with a blow dryer. I wouldn't recommend straightening the part that's braided (it'll take the braid loose) If you have crazy glue then it's going to be hard to get them separated. Once you get them separated (if it's crazy glue) you don't have to worry about blow drying them. Hope this works for you.

Jessica simpsons hair extensions??

hairdo synthetic extensions by jessica simpson? do they blend well? my hair is a little bit shorter than my shoulder and i want to get the 23 inch straight hair clip. Is it worth it? does it blend well??? too shiny??

(i know where to get it for $50)

Jessica simpsons hair extensions??

I wouldnt get them. It really depends on your hair color and texture but they are unlikely to match really well. If you have a wave or curl, you will have to wave/curl the extensions. I was considering getting them but after reading the reviews I have decided to get real extensions in a salon. And Jessica is wearing customized versions of the extensions, there is no way Ken Paves just took some of the regular ones and made her look that good - her hair colour and texture was all matched up to make it blend perfectly. They want you to think yours will look that great but it is unlikely. And synthetic is the lowest quality hair extension, it will not look like genuine hair. I suggest getting real hair if you can. Good luck.

Jessica simpsons hair extensions??

Hey! I just got the hair extension in the mail... its so plasticy and doesn't blend well. I don't know how Ken Pavves made it look good on Jessica and everyone else... it doesn't look good in real life. Its cheap looking. I would say don't get it. I am not happy with mine at all and never use it!

Jessica simpsons hair extensions??

I heard they are nice. I've seen them and wanted to buy them but they were $100.00. Where do you see them for $50.00........

Jessica simpsons hair extensions??

i think they look fake personally. go to a stylist to blend it for you if it doesn't blend well, which it probably won't because of your hair's length

you can get real hair extensions from sally beauty supply that aren't too expensive- about $65 or 70 for the clip-in ones. they are actually human hair so they don't look plastic and you can curl them if you want a different look.

Jessica simpsons hair extensions??

I had gotten those about 3 weeks ago and they are hideous. They really do look fake and tehy are really noticable. I dont like them personally. And there not worth $100.

Stores that sell human hair extensions?

My friend just chopped off alot of her hair and she doesen't really like it, so she asked me to make her some clip in extensions. But the only ones that I can find are short, and if they're long then their for fusion or micro-link. So can you give me a brand and a store that sell longer ones, that aren't much over $30.00-45.00ish? [the price is just for the hair because I already have the clips.]

Stores that sell human hair extensions?

i bought some from sally's last year they were around $60-$70 dollars though! =[ the only other place i think you can get REAL human hair would be online. i looved my hair extensions they were soo soft and i thought they were worth the money! they already have the clips ON them though... i'm pretty sure they have another kind without clips for way cheaper, so i would check there!

Stores that sell human hair extensions?

im not that sure..i would try sally's and good luck find them under $45

Stores that sell human hair extensions?

Chinese owned "Hair World" has so many selections of weave it's unreal.

Advice on hair extensions.?

i heard hair extensions are bad for you. they make ur hair fall off and sometimes u get bald patches on ur head. here , this is where i read it from. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/ar...

Raccoon coloured hair extensions?

I have just had 9 bonds of electric blue nylon hair extensions put in, a "flash of colour" underneath my layers along one side. I love them! I am told that if I look after them properly there is a chance they can last up to 3 months. Do you have any ideas on how I can look after them? I know I mustn't straighten them and when I wash my hair I need to make sure the bonds are completely dry afterwards. What else can I do to prolong their lifespan?

Raccoon coloured hair extensions?

Try not to style your hair too much or touch it. Wear something over your hair in bed to stop it moving around too much and avoid moisture in the air. xx

Raccoon coloured hair extensions?

well , face it ; whether b xstensions or not ; do u plan 2 worry u'rself . washing hair is a must those xstensions come %26amp; go wit style and liking

I Want Hair Extensions....?

okay so im thinking about getting clip in extensions.and my friend said i can either get real or fake, but real is better because you can style it and stuff.someone told me that you can only get real if you get it sewn in though.i dont know i need advice!! and i also dont know where i can buy them.

so please give me any advice you know about hair extensions. thanks!!

I Want Hair Extensions....?

No, they have human hair clip in extensions, but just get fake ones. The real ones are HELLA expensive, and really not worth it when you can get curly AND straight synthetic ones for less than it costs to get one set of human hair ones. You can get them at Sally, and be SURE they match your hair well, or at least blend in (I have dark brown clip in extensions, and my hair is red, but the extensions are almost the length of my hair, so it looks good). Make sure you have enough hair to cover them, or they look gross and fake...that's all. Hope this helps.

I Want Hair Extensions....?

the best thing to do is go to a sallys beauty supply store and talk to a sales person there. human hair clip-ins are usually $70 - $100 depending what brand you get. i've been doing extensions for about two years, but best thing to do is go to sallys.

Curling my hair with hair extensions?

i have naturally curly hair. im getting clip in hair extensions (naturally straight ones) but they can be curled witha curling iron. will it look strange or what? thanks%26lt;3

Curling my hair with hair extensions?

My friends actually do that all the time and it looks great just make sure you put the proper nutrients in your hair before and after doing it!

Curling my hair with hair extensions?

i bet you could scrunch it but first check what it says!

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

I'm thinking of buying 18 inch clip-in hair extensions (100% human hair). Does anyone own them and are they worth $150? How long do they last? Are they comfortable?

I have thick, brown straight hair a bit past my shoulders

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

yes my friend has them i live in th uk and she got really good ones for $20, but it depends where you get them from but i wouldn't spend $150 on them you can get real extentions for that price.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

ask a girl

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

if it's human hair, its worth it.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

I haven't gotten any experience with any, but I would say they're not worth it. I can think of a lot of better things to spend 150 dollars on, rather than fake hair thats going to be removed eventually anyway.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

yea i think i do that clip-in not sure but extension.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

well it depends if you want to wear them all the time, or only occasionally.

personally if you are thinking of wearing them all the time i would buy the glue-in extensions which are about $50, without the glue (glue cost is about $5-10) and they should last you about 2-3 weeks, but you should re-glue them once every 1-2 weeks

if you only want longer hair for a special occasion, or just a day or so then i would get the clipins

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

Nope. Most just fall out or break within a few weeks. Some are heavy and droop so that you can see that they're extensions, which kinda beats the purpose. :P

But if you really want em, then go for it. Imho, I think you should just grow out your hair. It's cheaper, natural, and doesn't fall off when you move. :]

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

no what kind of guy likes to run his hand through his girlfriends hair and feel the extensions. my opinion is that you shouldn't get some.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

yes if you don't have any hair but no if you do and yes if your hair is a mess

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

They are cheeper than tied or crimped in and are easier to remove or re adjust. If you are getting them for the lenght they should be fine but if you want to thicken your hair you should go with a more professional choice. Make sure that your stylist has done several extensions before and that customers were happy.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

yeah my friends and my sister have them and they loook really great on them you have to try and its worth it they last for a long time if you take good care of them and they say its comfortable once you get used to them

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

no it sounds lik u got good hair plus i would not spend 150 dollars on pieces of weave

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

In My opinion ( mainly because I can tell ) it's a really bad idea for someone who can naturally grow their hair to get extensions or "clip-ins". I cant say I haven't seen a pretty girl with extensions, but once I see her without them, it's not pretty. If you think you need them, it's ultimately up to you, but I don't recommend you use them.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

Definitely not worth the time or money. Using them pulls several strands of hair out of the root upon adjusting and removal. They also don't really stay put and look fake underneath real hair. Don't waste your money.

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

sure if it makes you happy

Are clip-in hair extensions worth it?

Uhmm .. okayy

It is worth it

but like

wood u wanna b playing with the extensions knowing its not your hair

when you kan grow it yurself and feel proud that u grew yur hair so long ..

but like

if its for yur formal

i suggest yur only get clipins

ooh and

extentions dnt suit many people

soo look around for one that might :)

gdluck
