k so i got these gorgeous hair extensions for christmas. 100% human hair 18". And they were awesome until i washed them... now i'll put them in and after 5 minutes of me not even doing anything they knot up like you wouldnt believe! how can i fix this? any suggestions? maybe there's some kind of hair product i can use in them... please any advice you have to offer would be great =)

Don't forget with extensions to brush/comb from the bottom up. (top to root) Otherwise you will cause more tangles!
I also use a leave in conditioner and use a treatment every week!

You should probably use a lot of conditioner and leave it for like 20 minutes or something before you wash them out - also i've heard that you could use some kind of olive oil too.

maybe a conditioner will soften the nots to the point u can comb it out, but i would ask a stylist before u do it, thats what i did with my extensions, just double check ok, goodluck

After you wash it brush it and dry it with the hair dryer. And they have this stuff called Johnson's Kids No More Tangles it really helps and it is in a spray bottle.

It could be a bad batch of hair which sometimes can happen or even worse it may not be 100% human hair.
