Do you recommend hair extensions? If so, what kind? Sew ons, clip ons, glue ons...?

anything that looks normal. Why do you need hair extensions anyways? Italians like yourself don't need hair extensions.

Natural is better - work with what you've got. Hair extensions are a pain!

the clip in ones are good if you just want to wear them for an evening, i don't know much about the sew in kind, but for a permanent fix, the bonded extensions are really good if they're put in properly.

I love hair extensions, and I have an entire wardrobe of hair. I wear wiglets, clip-ons, and the ones that attach to your own hair with combs. I don't recommend sewing or gluing extensions because of the outrageous cost and time commitment to get them attached, and because they can be very damaging to your natural hair. If you take good care of your clip-on extensions they will last a long time and look perfectly natural. They also give you the freedom to wear your natural hairstyle if you want, or change from long and straight to medium and curly in just a few minutes. So much fun!

i just recently bought myself clip-on hair extensions and, they work great. it's very easy to do on your own. and another thing i love about them is that you can take them out whenever you want to shower, wash your hair, etc.

it's hard to wash your hair with the glue or sew-ons because sometimes you want to dig your fingers through your scalp while washing your hair but it'll be tough.

Clip ons of course, you can take them out at night and use them over again
