They work very well as long as you take care of them. It also depends on what kind of braids your getting. SOme people can keep braind in their hair for a couple of months. But your supposed to take braids out when you have a lot of new growth.

It depends on if your buying them at a hair store or getting them done proffessionaly. My friend bought some and they only stayed on about a week then they started to come off and she had to re-glue them. If you get it done at a salon, i think they would stay on longer but im not so sure.
