ive got clip in hair extensions and u lift the hair up and put em in layers yes but i was woundering if theres a way to get them on the outside of ur hair? so its like coming down over your hair

It would not look natural if you were to clip them OVER your hair. They are meant to be worn underneath.
to the second reponder.... CLIP IN extensions will not damage your hair... it's the same as wearing a head band.

dont put the hair extentions on! it's been proven that the really mess up your hair in the long run,it damages it!better off not wearing them
