What type of hair extensions are the best to use (monofibre?real??) and are they best fitted into hair with clips or the glue?

Real human-hair extensions are better because they don't melt when you straighten them. Other ones can melt when you straighten/curl them. Clips are good if you only want them in for a few days. I myself use glue when i put extensions in because they last longer that way.

I spent 鎷?50 on real hair extentions (Balmain) and for the first few nights they were painful to sleep on, they are so high maintenence you wouldnt believe it. I just couldnt be bothered with them so ended up taking them out. Also they were not as nice a my real hair and my boyfriend hated them as you cant run your fingers through your hair. I would say dont bother wasting your cash - just grow your hair. Mine were glued in.

definitly get the clips when you glue them in it rips chunks of your hair out making your hair fell thin and weak and you can be left with chunk of glue in your hair for weeks after and there really itchy when you sew them in

The real hair are best really high maintenance and expensive to keep up.
