yes i got them at a salon in kensington called Macaronies. the name is a bit weird but they are really good and they have the best extensions. the look like its your real hair, and they are comfortable. permanent extensions are never really permanent. they stay in for at least 6 months and its totally worth it. they use a keratin bond to attach each piece to your hair so it doesnt damage your hair and it doesnt make your hair fall out. its pretty expensive but you would have to make an appointment and have a consultation to see how much it would be for you because the price varies.

Yeah but be careful because if they ever come out your hair will be very weak and brittle. And the outgrowth grows in thin and it's really not like your hair. So idk I would just wait to grow it out myself. Really all extensions are hard on hair. Prices can range anywhere. But good luck!
