Human Hair Extensions?

Hi everyone! I'm thinking about getting the real human hair extensions done (like faith hill, jessica simpson, etc.) and was wondering if anyone on here has had them done, if they recommend paying the price for them, and how long they last. Also, do you feel the bumps in your hair when you run your hand over it like normal? Thanks!!

It depends on the way that you want to do your hair. If you want your hair to be able to style with curling iron, flat iron or any hair grooming product that requires heat, you will need to go with human hair.

There are different ways to put in weave. There is Sewing it in, Gluing it in, and a newer way to do it and that is Fusion. Depending on how long you want the weave will determine which type you use. Sewing and Fusion last the longest, and Gluing is more for temporary wear, like a week or a week 闄?.

Also it depends on the texture of your hair. Thin/Thick slick hair (For example a Caucasian閳ユ獨 hair) extensions that are sewn in may not last very long b/c to sew it in you have to braid the hair to sew the extensions on to. Gluing might last a little longer b/c the glue would take to the scalp well, but if you wash your hair, the tracks will slip, and when removing the tracks you may actually pull out some strands of hair.

Fusion is when the stylist uses a Fusion clamp that heats up the protein based adhesive on the end of the weave and bonds it to your hair. The best example I could use is if you go to http://abantu.com/html/fusion_clamp.html and it can show you in short the process. Fusion is the most expensive, sometimes ranging from $900-$2000 depending on the stylist; but you can wash your hair, brush through it and I don閳ユ獩 think you would feel any bumps like you would with glue or sewing.

The best is when you grow your own extensions. It takes a long time, but it's worth it.

Mine had little clippies that clipped them in next to my scalp. They look good. They cost a bunch though.

yes you can feel the extentions but you can have them in for at least 5 weeks deppending on how you maintain your hair.
